We start your transformation process with an intake in which we discuss your personal goals, perform a health check, mobility tests and you are introduced to our (training) method. Your personal trainer will track your progress, that's why we make 'before' photos before your personal training program and record your weight. New photos are taken every 12 weeks and we will keep track of your weight weekly. Your starting point and your goal do not matter to us.
