Empowering people! For Ramona, strength training is more than just lifting heavy weights - it's a way to become stronger, both physically and mentally. Strength training has not only made her feel more confident, but has also given her a huge energy boost. She likes to share that experience and the knowledge she has gained over the years with others. People often underestimate themselves. That's why Ramona's greatest passion is to show people what they are capable of and to get the best out of themselves!
