As a Personal Training studio, BUILD has a wide variety of clients. Everyone is welcome! Your starting point doesn't matter, (super) fit, completely out of shape or recovering from an injury. Our personal trainers will help you achieve your goals.

BUILD stands for result-oriented work. We measure your results by monitoring your weight, registering your performance during training and taking before and after photos. In addition to all the physical and mental benefits of BUILD Personal Training, these photos provide a complete picture of your progress.

EXPERIENCES OF OUR CLIENTS

During the first intake we would like to get to know you personally, we do this by asking about your goals, your current lifestyle and medical background. In addition, we do a health check, movement and fitness tests so that we have all the information to draw up an effective, personal action plan for you. With this we ensure that you achieve and maintain your goals.

With a personal training plan we track your progress on all exercises so that we build the body that you have in mind. In addition, we work intensively on your nutrition. We help you to become fitter by eating healthier and exercising more. We do not believe in diets but healthy food with room for your treats. You have daily contact with your coach to analyze your progress and adjust where necessary.
